Seva and public purpose
Serving has always been central to how I understand public work: stay sincere, do the work well, and keep people at the centre.

A civil servant who leads through technology — for stronger, more trusted public institutions.
I bring a spirit of seva to public work — learning through uncertainty, facing problems directly, and helping build services and institutions people can use and trust.
Approach
Serving has always been central to how I understand public work: stay sincere, do the work well, and keep people at the centre.
When something does not work, acknowledge it clearly, learn what is missing, and collaborate toward a practical solution.
We now live deeply integrated with technology. What matters is keeping people first — using it to widen access, protect rights, and advance social justice.
Work
A concise record of the areas that shape my public work and the themes it centres on.
Work shaped by GSTN, tax administration, product ownership, taxpayer experience, and large-scale service delivery.
Experience across field formations, GST Council Secretariat, cooperative federalism, and implementation support.
A space for verified learning, public explainers, certifications, and selected material that may be useful to others.
Learning
Formal credentials, recognition for public-systems work, and a steady habit of learning across policy, technology, and product.
Beyond degrees, I keep taking online and offline courses in my areas of interest — but the real learning, I find, comes from experimentation, not from courses alone.
Journey
This journey gave me exposure to field realities, cooperative federalism, policy implementation, technology procurement, stakeholder coordination, and digital public infrastructure.
Joined the civil service as an Indian Revenue Service officer in Customs and Indirect Taxes.
Worked close to field realities where policy, compliance, administration, and citizen/business experience meet.
Worked on GST policy, cooperative federalism, centre-state collaboration, and implementation support.
Worked at GSTN on product and implementation, including e-invoice and related initiatives.
Thinking
I do not want this space to look like a content calendar. When I write here, it should be considered and useful: public systems, technology, leadership, trust, and the changing nature of public problem-solving.
For now, the most active public learning space is the Diary, where I can document what I am building and what I am learning through doing.
